Participation in the FRUTIC Symposium is free of charge. We warmly invite you to register now and be part of this unique exchange between science, industry, and practice.
No registration fee applies for FRUTIC Science Symposium, while a regular/student ticket to FRUIT LOGISTICA is requested for attending this Science Symposium and the exhibition. Ticketshop of FRUIT LOGISTICA will open on Sept 1, 2025.
Please also note that there will be no proceedings papers, but selected abstracts will get the opportunity to publish a full manuscript in a Special Issue of an international journal.

Your submission
The Science Symposium captures horticultural research. Within the scope are the topics:
- Sensor application in fruit and vegetable production
- Postharvest technologies
- Sensor data processing by means of mechanistic and AI models
- Process optimization by means of physiological or AI models
- Shelf life extension
- Fresh keeping of perishables
You can submit your abstract after registration. Each registered person will receive a link to upload title and content of abstract, which can be submitted by entering the text (max. 250 words) in the online mask. No figures, tables, and references can be entered.
Please indicate your preference for poster or oral presentation.
If you are submitting as a student or young researcher (max five years after gaining the doctor degree), please write a message to convener or indicate in the end of abstract submission.
